If you are getting channel freezing issue on all channels of your Infomir MAG 544 IPTV Set Top Box, kindly restart your internet router and device.                                                       
If the issue is still not fixed, kindly check your internet speed.                                                             
In case of poor internet speed, contact your internet service provider
