Bringing a new set top box into home and setting it up is not all that has to be done before starting to enjoy the uninterrupted IPTV services. Once you have done all the basic setting of the IPTV set top box, you might still see the issue of IPTV main not working. 

When you find your TVIP box not working, you need to first do the initial setup. For setting up IPTV software on your TVIP X1 (415) Set Top Box, follow these detailed instructions.


1. When you power on the TVIP X1 (415) set-top box for the first time, you will be prompted to select a language.

 Choose "English" or your preferred language from the options provided.

i. Select the second option, “Select Wi-Fi network.”


ii. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will be displayed.


iii. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and press OK.


iv. Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted and press OK to connect.


 

5. Once you have successfully connected to the internet, the set-top box will continue with the IPTV software setup.


a. Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.


6. Enter the portal URL provided by your IPTV service provider. This URL is essential for accessing the IPTV service.


7. Ensure your TVIP X1 (415) set-top box is running the latest firmware by checking for updates in the settings menu. Firmware updates can improve performance and fix any bugs.


8. If you encounter any issues during the setup, try restarting your set-top box and router. Unplug them from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot.


9. If you are still facing issues after following these steps and you see your IPTV not playing, contact expert support. Reach out to your IPTV service provider or the manufacturer’s customer service for further assistance.
