1. Ensure your box is connected to the internet.
2. If connected via Ethernet, restart both the internet router and the box.
3. If connected through WiFi.
4. Go to home, use right arrow key to open settings. 
5. Select 2nd last option “Reload portal”
6. Now press the menu button (with 3 dots and 3 lines) on device remote.
7. Go to network and select wireless (WiFi).
8. In auto DHCP, choose your WiFi network.
